DEAR AMHE TRAVELERS

IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT NEW RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO TRAVELS TO CUBA. HOWEVER EXISTING TRIPS THAT HAVE BEEN PLANNED PRIOR TO THESE RESTRICTIONS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE NEW REGULATIONS. ACCORDING TO THE OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) WHICH REGULATES SUCH MATTERS, EXISTING TRIPS WILL BE GRANDFATHERED IN. PLEASE SEE RELATED ARTICLES IN THE FOLLOWING LINKS TO BE PROVIDED. HENCEFORTH, TO REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAWS GUIDING THESE TRAVELS, REGISTRATIONS FOR NEW TRAVELERS IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED. WE URGE ALL TRAVELERS TO REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE ARE DOING DUE DILIGENCE TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR 2019 AMHE MEDICAL CONVENTION IS CARRIED OUT SAFELY, SUCCESSFULLY AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH US REGULATIONS. PLEASE PROVIDE US ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION WE HAVE REQUESTED FROM YOU.
